Gyrodyne completes improvements at 29,811 s/f medical office building: Cortlandt Medical Center

Cortlandt Manor, NY Cortlandt Medical Center's tenants and their clients now have a number of property upgrades that were completed this summer and fall at the 29,811 s/f medical office building. Gyrodyne Company of America Inc., which purchased Cortlandt Medical Center last spring, has invested in capital improvements there.

The center, located at 1985 Crompond Rd., sits on five acres across the street from the Hudson Valley Hospital Center on the city of Peekskill border. It currently is 97% leased to 13 tenants.

"The recent capital improvements were an important part of this mission, which really centers on our being a responsive, service-oriented owner."
