Albany College of Pharmacy acquires 10,000 s/f bldg. for $3m

Albany, NY The Albany College of Pharmacy has purchased the former Bender Laboratory building for $3 million from the Renaissance Corp. The college had been leasing the 10,000 s/f building, known at the Biosciences Research Building, for the past five years. The property is located on New Scotland Ave.
