Manhattan, NY Two pre-war apartment buildings situated on the Upper West Side at 201 West 92nd and 200 West 93rd Sts., have traded for $61 million to a client of the firm who is an operator of similar properties.

Eastern Consolidated's director George Moss, senior director Deborah Gutoff, with analyst Paul Nigido, represented the seller, a partnership including Kent Swig of Swig Equities, while Brian Ezratty, vice chairman of Eastern Consolidated, procured the buyer and negotiated the financing on his behalf with iStar Financial.

The pre-war buildings comprise the entire block front on Amsterdam Ave. between West 92nd and West 93rd Sts. with 134 rental units.
