Ellicott Dev. nears completion of Waterfront Place: A 64-unit, $40 million project located at Erie Basin

Ellicott Development's newest $40 million, 64-unit development, Waterfront Place, combines the sophistication of city living with the quiet, relaxed setting of Waterfront Village at Erie Basin. Now available for occupany, The Townhomes at Waterfront Place were designed by Chaintreuil, Jensen & Stark Architects in conjunction with Charles Gordon. The Townhomes at Waterfront Place will offer 15 luxury residences. Units range in size from 2,300 s/f for a two-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit to 2,800 s/f for a three-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit. Available for occupancy in the fall, The Pasquale at Waterfront Place offers 49 luxury residences in an 11-story condo tower set atop two levels of private indoor parking. The Pasquale at Waterfront Place was designed by KNY Architects of Burlington, Ontario in conjunction with Charles Gordon. Units range in size from 1,300 s/f for a one-bedroom unit, to over 3,600 s/f for a penthouse unit. Each residence at Waterfront Place offers an open floor plan with high ceilings. Many of the residences will offer expansive views of the waterfront and the downtown skyline. Each residence in the condominium tower includes a private balcony, patio or rooftop terrace. For the townhomes, a private terrace off of the main living level provides a private, relaxing outdoor space overlooking the private park at Waterfront Place. With hardwood flooring throughout the main living areas, ceramic tile in the bathrooms and wall-to-wall carpeting in the bedrooms and walk-in closets, the level of finishes is anything but standard at Waterfront Place. Kitchens include custom cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The master bathroom has a whirlpool tub and steam shower. All of the residences are wired for cable and high-speed Internet access. Purchasers are able to choose from a number of additional upgraded finishes to customize their new residence at Waterfront Place.
