* An $8.45 million loan for two mixed-use buildings located on 815-817 Broadway. Jeffrey Horowitz and David Horowitz of Cooper-Horowitz represented the firm.
* An $8 million loan for the acquisition of 200 acres for single family home development on Beattie Rd. in New Windsor. Horowitz and Bruce Marcus of Cooper-Horowitz represented the firm.
* A $7.6 million loan for a Westchester multifamily portfolio consisting of 82 co-op units. Horowitz and George Stergiopoulos of Cooper-Horowitz represented the firm.
* $4 million for two existing BP gas station facilities: 4355 Broadway and 2 Glen Cove Rd., L.I. Horowitz and Vegh represented the firm.
