* A $7.6 million loan for a Westchester multifamily portfolio consisting of 82 co-op units. Horowitz and George Stergiopoulos of Cooper-Horowitz represented the firm.

* $4 million for two existing BP gas station facilities: 4355 Broadway and 2 Glen Cove Rd., L.I. Horowitz and Vegh represented the firm.

* A 12.5 million loan for a proposed nine-story apartment building with ground floor retail on 2223 Third Ave. Horowitz and Mark Niman of Cooper-Horowitz represented the firm.
