Jericho, NY The Real Estate Practitioner's Institute (REPI) recently held its Annual Spring Luncheon. A packed house was on hand to hear the featured speaker of the day, James Larocca, chairman of the Long Island Power Authority, speak on the topic: "It's Not Too Late to Make Energy Sense."

John Gutleber, president of REPI, also introduced Daniel Gulizio who spoke briefly about the recently announced Land Use Initiative of REPI at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University. The initiative is designed to encourage sustainable, community-oriented development through advocacy, education, research and technical services.

REPI is one of the premier providers of real estate education on Long Island.
