DLC Mgmt. acquires 16-center portfolio

Mobile, AL DLC Management Corp. recently acquired a new portfolio consisting of 16 shopping centers located throughout the southeast and mid-Atlantic. The acquisition spans across seven states and represents 1,566,725 s/f of retail space.

* Shields Plaza is a 79,240 s/f shopping center in Huntsville, Ala.

* Marketplace at Ocala is a 74,692 s/f shopping center in Ocala, Fla.

* Marketplace at Palm Bay is a 149,752 s/f open-air shopping center in Palm Bay, Fla. DLC also owns Palm Bay Center, a 135,049 s/f shopping center in Palm Bay, Fla.

* Crossroads South is a 211,178 s/f open-air shopping center in Jonesboro, Ga. DLC also owns Tara Crossing, another 235,219 s/f open-air center in Jonesboro, Ga.

* Fulton Crossing is a 179,905 s/f shopping center in Corinth, Miss.

* South Square Marketplace is a 72,219 s/f shopping center in Charlotte, N.C. DLC also owns the 415,737 s/f Akers Center in Gastonia, N.C.

* Swift Creek Plaza is a 56,890 s/f shopping center in Garner, N.C.

* Armstrong Plaza is a 57,838 s/f shopping center in Fountain Inn, S.C.

* Broad River Centre is a 48,650 s/f community shopping center in Columbia, S.C. DLC also owns North Pointe, a 64,255 s/f shopping center in Columbia, S.C.

* Butler Square is a 85,315 s/f shopping center in Maudlin, S.C.

*Cypress Point is a 117,958 s/f community shopping center in Virginia Beach, Va.

* Ridgewood Farm is a 79,342 s/f community shopping center in Salem, Va.

* Southwest Plaza is a 87,434 s/f community shopping center in Roanoke, Va.

* The Village Courts is a 77,576 s/f shopping center in Lynchburg, Va.

* West Broad Commons is a 103,308 s/f open-air shopping center in Richmond Va.
