New York, NY The Kaufman Organization recently brokered five deals totaling 11,255 s/f in one month.
* A 7-year, 5,000 s/f lease at 260 West 39th St. for Harrison Sportswear, Inc. Michael Heaner and Grant Greenspan of Kaufman represented the tenant, while Michael Orbach represented the ownership. The asking price was $40 per s/f.
* A 5-year, 2,200 s/f lease at 237 West 35th St. for Protrak Int'l. Michael Kaufman and John Schiliro of Kaufman represented the landlord, while Joseph Mclaughlin of Capstone Realty represented the tenant. Asking price was $35 per s/f.
* A 5-year, 2,065 s/f lease at 241 West 37th St. for In Moda. Sommer Scafidi of Kaufman represented the tenant in the transaction. Asking price was $42 per s/f.
* A 3-year, 1,390 s/f lease at 202 West 40th St. for Focus USA. Scafidi represented the tenant. Asking price was $39 per s/f.
* A 15-month, 600 s/f sublease at 149 Madison Ave. for REApproach Marketing. Schiliro represented Amba Research, the sublandlord, while Damian Klosowski of Manhattan Commercial Realty Corp. represented the subtenant. The asking rent was $1,600 per month.
