Syosset, NY Manhattan-based Really Cool Foods will open a 15,000 s/f storage & refrigeration facility. The lease agreement was arranged by one of Long Island's leading commercial real estate services firms, Sutton & Edwards, Inc./TCN Worldwide.

The facility, located at 99 Lafayette Dr., will serve as an annex to the wholesale prepared food supplier's main facility on Underhill Blvd.
