Liverpool, NY According to Michael Finn, managing partner of CBRE/Syracuse, Mark Rupprecht, CCIM, and Alan Gramet, CCIM, brokered the $3.7 million sale of Clay Medical Center, 8100 Oswego Rd. Parkview II Mezz, LLC, investors from N.Y.C., purchased the 36,000 s/f multi-tenanted medical office building from CMC Limited Partnership, with financing from Wells Fargo Bank. The new owners plan to remodel the building's common areas.
