The Kaufman Org. represented the landlord in both transactions:

Three Wildcats, a developer signed a five-year lease for 3,080 s/f of office space at 212 West 35th St. Howard Rosenblum of the Kaufman Org., represented the tenant, while Barbara Raskob and Steve Kaufman represented the building.

Trimco Holdings, a distributer of trim apparel products, signed a seven-year lease for 5,700 s/f of office and showroom space at 242 West 36th St. Grant Greenspan of the Kaufman Org. represented the landlord, while Howard Rosenblum and Arthur Spitalnick of the Kaufman Org., represented the tenant.
