What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2017?
This year Concord Capital proposed a $175 million three-year plan to create an urban development project centered around the Spring Valley train station. The plan, which was recently approved by the Village of Spring Valley Urban Renewal Board, will be the largest and only development of its kind in Rockland County. Our plan creates one million s/f of residential, multifamily, retail, office and park space, with plans for a commuter parking garage and upgrades to the current Spring Valley train station. It will be a great accomplishment to bring this community a downtown where people can live, shop and be able to take a train and commute with ease.
