How have you navigated obstacles to achieve success in your career?

As a woman in a man’s world, especially in the real estate industry, I have relied on my wit, and my ability to make educated decisions in a fast-paced environment. Thinking outside the box, and always being open to new ideas, allows me to excel in this volatile business. I have a strong support system, which has enabled me to achieve my dream of success in the real estate environment. As a mother of 3 young children, I depend heavily on my husband, parents, and sisters, along with several close friends. I am especially grateful for all of them. Without them, I couldn’t have achieved the success I have in these past 15 years.

How do you play your strengths to your advantage in your career?

When asked about me, many people will tell you I am extremely organized, efficient and was practically born to work in real estate. The ability to grasp information quickly and make decisions in the most efficient way, has enabled me to accelerate in my career at such a young age. I have overseen the accounting branch for companies throughout the United States and internationally, including several in London and Paris. These investments encompassed all types including malls, as well as over 13 million s/f of class A buildings. Included in this are some of the most prominent residential buildings in both New York City and Long Island. Here at ACC Real Estate Services, my experience has allowed me to take my career to the next level.

What trends are you seeing so far this year?

Thankfully, the New York/Long Island economy is doing very well this year. Sales are up! Construction is booming, especially on Long Island. Owners are buying more and can afford to pay for professional property management, which means more business for us! Here at ACC Real Estate Services, as a property management and leasing firm, we want to see this trend continue.

What do you do for fun?

I enjoy boating, CrossFit and spending quality time with my husband and 3 children, ages 8, 7 and 3.
