Logan joins Community Preservation Corporation as managing officer

New York, NY To meet the growing demands of their Bronx/Manhattan office, the Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) has completed the appointment of Patrick Logan, as mortgage officer and the promotion of Andrew Giglio, as neighborhood mortgage officer. As Mortgage Officer, Logan will be responsible for finding and establishing new business opportunities in residential development as well as assisting the Bronx/Manhattan office with all current projects in the pipeline. Specifically, he will be meeting with developers who are interested in borrowing from CPC for new construction and rehabilitation projects that maintain affordability for families with low and moderate incomes.
